About Us

Why Homeowners Trust M2 Services LLC

We are a local remodeling team based in Parker, Colorado. We build decks, kitchens, bathrooms, and basements for families across Colorado State and M2 Services LLC treats every home like it’s our own.

Living and working here means we understand Colorado weather, Parker’s building rules, and what your HOA will ask for before you even bring it up. That means fewer surprises and a smoother project from start to finish.

We tell you the truth: Clear pricing, no hidden costs.
We finish on time: You get a real schedule, and we stick to it.
We use trusted materials: Trex, TimberTech, and Fiberon composite decking.
We handle the paperwork: Permits and HOA approval, taken care of for you.

Our Remodeling Services

Deck Rebuilding

We build new decks and rebuild old ones using composite materials like Trex, TimberTech, and Fiberon. Every deck is built to handle Colorado snow, strong sun, and freeze-thaw cycles, so it stays solid for years. We also handle the permit and HOA paperwork for you.

Kitchen Remodeling

We update kitchens with new counters, cabinets, and layouts that actually work for how you cook and live. From a single upgrade to a full remodel, we plan the space around your daily routine, not just how it looks in photos.

Bathroom Remodeling

We turn outdated bathrooms into spaces you look forward to using. That can mean a simple refresh or a full rebuild with new fixtures, tile, and lighting, always with clean, careful work in your home.

Basement Remodeling

We turn unused basement space into a bedroom, home office, family room, or guest suite. This adds real, usable square footage to your home without the cost of building an addition.

Aluminum Patio Covers

We install aluminum patio covers that are strong, low-maintenance, and built for year-round use. No painting, no rot, no yearly upkeep just a covered space you can enjoy in any season.

Home Remodeling

Whether it's one room or your whole house, we handle full home remodeling projects from start to finish. You get one team, one point of contact, and one clear plan for the entire job.

Trusted Partnerships, Exceptional Results

Experience the Difference in Every Detail

Built to Handle Colorado

Colorado weather is tough on homes. Hot summer sun, heavy snow, and fast freeze-thaw cycles can wear down cheap materials fast. That’s why we build every project with materials made to last through all four seasons, not just look good on day one.

Composite decking from Trex, TimberTech, and Fiberon resists fading, cracking, and rot.
Aluminum patio covers that won’t rust, warp, or need repainting.
Proper footings and framing built for our soil and freeze-thaw conditions, so nothing shifts over time.

Quality fixtures and finishes in every kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodel built for daily use, not just first impressions.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mark was very responsive throughout the whole process. They worked with the county and HOA to get the design approved, and then built the pergola quickly and it looks great. Their pricing was the best I found. I'll use them again for sure.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great contractor! I've used Mark for two different projects (a pergola and a bathroom remodel) and both turned out excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mark Marty and the crew that worked on our job (Juan, Max, and Noah) were very professional, and we were very pleased with the craftmanship of the deck. They worked in some tough weather, but were tenacious about making progress. Communication was good; we addressed a couple small issues during the build, and we would definitely recommend M2 Services.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mark and his team replaced our back, side, upper and front decks in early 2022 and we love the results. The new decks have no maintenance (i.e. annual sanding and repainting) and they look great. They are much more functional and spacious. They are also better built than the old decks they replaced.
